To claim for women equal remuneration with men where the work dono by them is equal. 5. To oonsider and promote ncoessary amendments of 'the laws epeoially affeoting women. 6. To advooato and promote extension to women of the right and opportunity to undertake snoh publio duties as they are equally qualified with men to perform. 7. To advooate and promote reforms in the methods of administration of obaritablo aid by public authorities. 8. To promote the cmso of Temperance. 9. To provide opportunities for meetings of women for disouciion of qnostions of publio, social, and oduoational interest, and for such useful work as the Society may determine to undertake.
