CITY OF DUNEDIN. LOAN FOR PUBLIC ABATTOIR, .£6OOO. THE Dunedin City Counoil invites Tenders for the Purcbaso of the above Loan. The debentures bear intereat at the rate of £4i per cent, per annum, payable halfyearly on the Ist January and Ist July in each year, and have a ourrenoy of twenty years from Ist July, 1895. No tender below par or for less than £50 will be aonßidered. Allotment will be made to the highest tenderers first, and downwards until the amount of the loan is absorbed. Tenders, addressed to His Worship the Mayor, and marked "Tender for Dunedin Abattoir Loan," must be delivered at the Town Clerk's office, Dunedin, before 5 o'clock p.m. of Wednesday, 19th June, 1895. In addition to the general liability of the Corporation (vide, section 2!8 of the Munioipal Corporations Act, 1886), a Bpooial seonrity on the revenues of the Abattoirs is given. WM. B. TAYLOR.
