The Counoil of tho Wellington Football Association met last evening, Mr. C H Izard in tbe chair. Messrs. Abbott, Lambert, and C. E. Fordham were elected a ' Weather Committee. It was resolved to i form a Referee's Association. It was decided that applications for the allotment of grounds for 25th May must be Eent in by spm. on Monday next. Mr. Lambert was appointed to attend the meeting of' the New i Zealand Football Association, vice Mr ''•' Fraaer, who is unable to be present.
