A meeting of the Management Committee of the Wellington Rugby Union was held lagt evening, Mr. E. Davy in the chair. Mr. J. N. Grant proposed, and it was agreed to, that in future eaoh team not belonging to the Union should be charged 10s for playing on the Union grounds. The Secretary (Mr. C. Sfarter) was diraoted to write to Mr. J. P. Firth requesting him to aooept the vacancy on the Senior Match Committee caused by the resignation of Mr. G. Faohe. Mr. B. Loa tendered his resignation as a member of the Junior Match Committee, and it was accepted with regret, and Mr. Gibson was eleoted to the vaoanoy. It was decided to send a representative team to Napier within a month, if possible. Messrs. Grant, Davy, and Crombie were appointed a Postponement Committee. Mr. T. A. Hudson, the founder of Assooia: tion football in the Woodville distrust, was in town to-day, and in the oourse of conversation with the Secretary of the New Zealand Association informed him that the Bush ABSooiation, of whioh he is also the promoter, will undoubtedly send a representative team to the tournament this year if it is played in the North Island. Mr. I. Smith, who kept goal for the Grafton Club, Auokland, last year, has taken up his residence in Wellington, and will play for the Swifts (Association) daring the present season. The committee of the Wellington Junior Rugby Union met at the Masonic Hotal last night, Mr. J. Skinner, Vice-President, in the chair. Correspondence was read from Mr. C.
