♦ FRICTION BETWEEN THE COMMISSIONEES. ITOITID PBXBB ASSOCIATION.] Bribbinx, 29th August. The annual report of the Railway Commissioners shows a decrease in the revenue of £26,000 as comparnd with the prerious year, The report bears the signature of only two out of the three Commissioners, and this faot is causing muoh comment, as it appears friction exists with Mr. A. Johnson, who deolined to sign the report unless he was allowed the right to attach an addendum. It is expected that an enquiry will be held into the matter.
