Suicide of a Station Manager. BY TELEGRAPH [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION] Napier. 28th August.
News has been received that W. Balfour, manager of the Mohaka run, and brother to the manager of the Bank of New Zealand here, shot himself in his woolshed. He had been suffering from influenza, which left him in a very depressed state.
