At the Snpremo Court to-day, four cases were dealt with. Michael KelJy, for the larceny of jewellery, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. Donald and Herbert Jones, two young men, were found Guilty of burglary, and sentence waß deferred. In the oase of Patrick George Boyle, charged with stealing kerosene, the jury, after six hours' consideration, returned a verdict of Not Guilty. George Smith, James Moloney, and Charles Dixon were found Guilty of breaking into and stealing, and sentence was deferred.
