SENTENCE FOR NOT KEEPING PJBOPKR BOOKd. FBt Telkgraph.J i onltkd press association. i Auckland, Thib Day. In the Supreme Court Walter Tibbutt was oonyioted of failing to keep proper books prior to his bankruptcy, and was sentenced to one week's imprisonment. As this term dated from the commencement of the sessions, the accused was discharged.
