SPANISH BRIGANDS. AN HEIRESS ABDUCTED.
I SPECIAL. | (Reoeived January 29, 11.15 a.m.) Madrid, 29th January. The Spanish Government has decided to introduce legislation with the view of ridding the country of brigands. A mountain band of these outlaws has captured an heiress, and will only release her on payment of a boavy ransom.
