DISORDERLY SCENE IN PARLIAMENT.
GREAT DISTURBANCE IN FRANCE'S CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES. UPROAR RAISED BY THE SOCIALIST MEMBERS. | UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.! (Received January 29, 11 a.m.) Patois, 28th January. A noisy scene ocenrred in the Chamber of Deputies during yesterday's sitting. M. Clovis-Hughes accused the Government of using the precautions against the Anarchists as a means of attack on the Socialists, and M. Thivrier cried -out excitodly, " Long live the Commune !" M Dupuy, President of the Chamber, ordered M. Thivrier to leave the Chamber, but he refused to do so, and a scene of great disorder ensued. The sitting was pn"p°nded for half-an-bour, and in the meantime a detachment of the Republican Guard, which had been sent for, forcibly ejected M. Thivrier from the House. During the disturbance thn Socialist mem-* bers repeatedly cheered the Commune, while the Centre Party replied with cries of " Murderers ! Communards ! "
