Sib —Will you permit me to point ont, for tho information of your morning contemporary, and others who snffer equally from inability to comprehend the Qneen'B English, that Mr. Bell, in speaking of " froth and scum," allnrje'l not to persons, but to the useless mass of claptrap verbiage which characterised the addresses of several of the candidates at the lato eleotim, and which constituted the "froth and scum" of the political sneeche's of the time. This is, at any rate, how I read Mr. Bell's remarks, aud so, I think, would any one of Intellioekcf.
