The Marine Board has found that the abandonment of tho vessel Viotory was justifiable, and has awarded to the captain of the George Thompson £12, to the mate £5, apd to four of the members of the crew £3 each, in recognition of their services in rescuing the crew of the disabled vessel Girvan. The Hon. Mackenzie Bowell, who left for Canada yesterday, took with him samples of lemons and timber grown in the colony, which he considers saitublo to open up a trada with the Dominion,
