At a lively meeting of shareholders in the British Broken Hill Company, the resolutions of which notice was given at Monday's meeting were carried with only two iissentien.ts. The discussion upon the report and accounts was adjourned till May. Mr. James Maoandrew, Chairman of the company, announced that the London Board would resign.
