• {UNITED PBXSS ASSOCIATION.! (Received November 15, 11 a.m.) London, 14th November. At a meeting of the shareholders of British Broken Hill Company on Monday, notice of motion was tabled that three of the directors should resign, because they are concerned _ in antagonistic companies ; also a motion that the directors should not dispose of any portion of the company's property without first consulting the colonial shareholders ; also that an alteration be made in tbe articles of association, securing effective voting for colonials at all meetings The directors have considered the proposals and rejooted the first, but they are prepared to concede tho others, with eerttan modifications.
