Hobabt, 14th November. It is rumoured that the Ministry is divided on the policy of the Government Party at the coming general eleotion. Messrs. Dobson Douglas, and Moore are believed to favour a Conservative course, while Messrs. Hartnoll, Lewis, and Henry support Liberal measures and a Gradnated Land Tax. Latest. (Beceived November 15, 11.30 a.m.) Hobabt. This Day. Parliament has been formally prorogued, and will be dissolved on 2nd December. The eleotions will take place on the 19th December, and Parliament will be called together not later than Ist March,
