RIO TO BE AGAIN BjMBARDED. SEKIOUS DEFECTION FROM THE GOVERNMENT. IBPBCI.IL. I Rio de Janeiro. 14th November. Admiral do Alollo in preparing for nnothor bombardment of the city. All the foreign residents are leaving for the interior, having been given 48 boors' notice of the intontion of the rebel leader to bombard the city. Admiral de Gama, commander of the Government fleet, has joined the rebols, and will assume command of the naval operations against the city.
