♦ IBy Tkliqeaph.i ("UNITED PRIBS ABBOOII.TIOH. I Dtjnxdin, 14th Novembor. At the annual meeting of the Mosgiol Woollen Faotory Company, the report recommending a dividend of 8 pot cent, was adopted. The Chairman (Mr. John Roberts) said that trade h*d not been so ehvstio v in previons yeare, and there had been oonsiderable diffioulty in moving off produots. Messrs. A. J. Barns and John Eoberts were re-eieoted directors.
