The evidence was to the effect that the parties were married in Wellington on 14th April, 1885; that there were two children as issue of the marriage ; that in April last the respondent went through the form of marriage in Tasmania with one Charlotte Hammond, representing that he was a bachelor, and that his name was Francis Temple Vane. A decree nisi with costs was granted.
