ITJNITKD PUE3S ASSOCIATION. I London, £6th Jnly. Captain G. Noel, of H.M.S. Tomoraire, stated at tho court-martial that Admiral Trjon's manoouvros woro froqnently obscure, but nevor dangerons. He thought tho Victoria and Campcrdown ought to have used tho assistance of their screws wheu it was seen that a collision was likely tho happen. He signalled to the Victoria to repeat the ! signal directing the fatal manceuvro, believing tho evolution ordered was impossible. He hoped to tho last that Admiral Markh&m would disobey the order. Most of tho other captains in tho floot concurred iv tho opinion that the manoouvro would bo dansierous unless the Victoria intended to circle outside tbe Campordown. The captain of tho Phaeton said Admiral ' Tryon had mado a similar mistako beforo.
