The Statist declares that tho price of lead is rising, and that it will be quite 50 per cent, aboyo the quotations of last year. (Received July 10, 11 a.m.) London, 9th July. At the wool sales competition is stronger, and prices are firmer, except for the best wools. Tho total quantity catalogued up to dato is 207,000 bales, of which 190,600 bales hare been sold. Tho English wheat market is weak, and tho Continental depressed, while the Amorioan is changing a little for the better. The American visible wheat supply is estimated at 72,6 6 000 bushels. For one cargo of Australasian wheat 28s 6d has been offered, and another has been sold at 295. Silver, 2s 9 J. Antimony, .£4O. Tallonr— Medium mntton, 28s ; beef, 27s 6d. (Received July 10, noon.)
