[special,] London, Bth July. Mr. Wilson, the butter expert of Victoria, states that it is absolutely essential to engage an expert to protect producers' interests in London. Mr. Valentine, of New South Wales, concurs in this opinion. Mr. Wilson is strongly opposing the Bill providing for the marking of colonial cboase, believing that such a course is not required, and would not be effective
