There were 25 of all ranks present at the weekly parado ot the D Battery last night. I.iout. Johnston was in command, and Lieut. Pearce and So'rgeaut - Major Richardson, It A., were also present. The SergeantMajor dolivered au intercitiug lecture on gunnery. Tho shooting prizes won during tbe last season will bo presented at tho next parade, whioh will be a Govornmont iuspeotion parade. A parndo of the D Battory was held last evening, 25 beiug prosent. Lieut. Johnston was in command, and Lieut. Poarco was also present. _ A leotnre was given by Sergt.Major Eiohardson, who furnished the men with a deal of usotul information in reference to their duties. An inspection of tho Potono Navals was made last evening by Liout.-Colonel Nowall. Thero was a ranster of abont 40, Licnt. Kirk boing in charge. Lieut. Field was also present. Tho men were exeroised in company drill by Sergt.-Major Finn.
