NEW ZEALAND POST OF CALL. |Bt Telegraph. I | UNITED PBKBB ASSOCIATION. I Auckland. 25th November. Tho Auckland manager of the Union S.S. Co,, Mr. T. Henderson, has written to the Harbour Board pointing out that the present contract for the conveyance of mails via San Francisco will expire this month, and asking what proposal the Board is prepared to make with a view to retaining Auckland as the port of call in New Zealand. The Board have sent the letter to the Finance and' Legal Committee.
