Auckland, 24th November. An eccentric settler of Lake T&kapuna, Mr. E. Harrow, caused somewhat of a sensation by appearing at a meeting of the Davenport Borough Council, and, taking a human skull and some bones from a kit and thro win? them on the table, be said that a. murder had been committed, and demanded an enquiry. The bones a.ud ahull were removed by the police.
