FISHING ON THE WHARF.

TO THE EDITOB. Sib — I think it is very unjust of tho Harbour Board trying to prevent boys from fishing on the wharf. My boy has been in* the habit of fishing on the wharf lately, being out of work the hist two or three months, and the fish he oatehos he has been enabled to sell, thereby keeping him out of mischief, and earning a little money as well. Now he is deprived of helping his mother and the means of earning a little money also. Ho now has nothing to do but loaf around street corners all day. Hoping some abler pen than mine will take this matter up, I am, &c, SrOTTIES. 23rd November.
