Carterton, Thiß Dat. Alfrod Rowe, of Gladstone, arrested on a warrant taken out by John Weller, a shopherd on tho Admiral Run, was brought bofore the Justices this morning on a charge of dog stealing. The case was remanded nntil Tuesday, and Rowe was roleased on bail. _ ____ _____
