To-day Mr. Justice Denniston, with several lawyers and officials, went to see the Arahnra Valley property, the native trust owners of whioh claim £6000 damages through the proclamation of the river as a tailing site. On turning a corner, a wheel came off the trap. The Judge and several others got ont safely, but in trying to stop tno horses, which were makinij off, Mr. J. B. Lewis, a solicitor, got a bad fracture of his wrist. He will probably be deformed for life.
