Supposed Suicide,

[BT TELEGRAPH.} lONITED PEEBB ASSOCIATION. Donediji. 20th March. The clothes of a man were fonud on the boach near Lawyer's Head last evening, and it is supposed to bo a casa of suicide. In the waistcoat pocket was found a slip on which was " David Elgin." A pocket-hand-kerchief was marked "J. Murphy." Some of the servants at tho Beach Hotel think they recogniso the clothes as those worn by a man whs called for a bottle of beer and one of ginger ale, and at the same time borrowed a corkscrew, which has not been returned. The prints of baro feet were noticeable leading from the clothes to the ocean. Search was made all day along the beach for the body, but without effect.
