The hoats of tho Senior and Junior Sculls, Star Boating Club, are now being got off. In the Sonior race G. Cooper has beaten W. Copoland by two and a half lengths, and A. W. Newton has defeated W. E. Bendall by abont two lengths, and E. Jnokson by several lengths. This evening Cooper and Nowtown will row tho final heat. The first heat of the Junior race was between G. Eliott and W. Pyke, resulting in a dead boat, but on rowing again Eliott proved victorious by a length, in the other heats, G. RiohardHon has dofeatod G. H. Wallace and Thomas by several lengths. J. G. Dnnoan has beaten A. Gilbert by six lengths, and F. Pownall has defeated W. H. Morrah by two lengths. Dunoan and Pownall also tried conclusions last evoning. The former's gtrotoher gave way, and he was out of tho race, but Duncan magnanimously deoided not io claim a win, and the two men will moet again this evening. It is not at all likely that the Star Club will hold the M'Loan Fonts this season.
