The Break in the Cable.
? Tho Telegraph Department received information yesterday that tho operators at Port Darwin had spoken the repairing steamer engaged on the 1871 cable. Early restoration of communication is expected. The last break ocenrred on the morning of the 21st met., since which date no European news has been received.
