The Depression in Auckland.
|Bt Telegraph, 1 i united fresß association, i Auckland, 10th September. It is stated that a combined movement is on foot among the city shopkeepers to obtain a substantial reduotion in rent, owing to the commercial depression prevailing, both by the abatement of rent and in the altered terms of agreements.
