Mr. Bennott, ox-County Chairman, opposes Mr. Brown for Taapoka. Oajiaru, Thib Dat. Sir R. Stout addroßsed a largo publio* meeting in Oamaru on Thursday night. Ho doalt with tho samo subjeots as ho has troatod at othor places. At the conclusion of his address a numbor of quostions were askod. Ho received a unanimous vote of thanks.
