He added that the Earl of Dufferin, Viceroy of India, and Colonel Ridgway, the head of the Frontier Commission, were both of opinion that the frontier as now defined would give the Ameer possession of the Zulficar Paaj, and would fulfil the promises made by her Majesty's Government to the Ameer.
