An Infant's Body Found.
*¦ The dead body of a newly.born infant was fonnd in the reserve in Pitzhorbert Terrace, at the top of Molesworth-ttroot, this mtrning. A young man named Bobort Dewar, in the employ pf the Gear Meat Company, was driving a spring cart past the reserve at 10 o'clock, when he_ saw the corpse lying inside the wire fenoing, having apparently been thrown over the latter dnring tho night. Information was given to tho police, and the body was removed by Detective Campbell to the Morgue in Dixon-itreet, where it will await an inquest. The body in that of ft fully-developed female infant, and
does not bear any marks of violence The polioo are without a due as to the maternity of the child.
