THE IRISH POLICE STRIKE. INSURRECTION IN TUNIS.

The services of the special constables in Ireland have been dispensed with, and the constabulary who were dismissed have been reinstated in their former positions. Insurgents are menacing Kairwan, a decayed town of Northern Africa, in the state of Tunis.
