SUDDEN DEATH IN HOBSON-STREET

Michael Twohey, carter, died suddenly at his residence in Hobson-stroet, at halfpast 8 o'clock last night. The cause of death will in all probability be determined upon by a Coroner's jury. It appears that the decased returned home shortly after 8 o'clock last night, complaining of bein? attacked by sharp pains in tho stomach F'-om a chemist a draught was obtained with the object of allaying the pains. This, however, seemed to havo little effect, and death ensued at tho hour named. The services of a medical gentleman do not seem to have been solicited. The deceased was about 60 years of age, a widower, and possessed of two dwellinghoußes in Hobsonstrcet. No suspicious circumstances Burround the occurrenco. Tho inquest will be held at tho Metropolitan Hotel, Molesworth-street, on Monday next at 11 a.m.
