Wallace left Nelson last evening, and arrived here at 530 this morning. Bhe leaves again this evening for Nelson and Weat Coast ports. She p.s. Manawatu left Wanganui last night and arrived here at tea this morning, bhe returned this afternoon. The b.b. Mohaka arrived at 10 o'clock laßtnght from Blenheim, and returns this evening. The steamer Patea, from Patea, arrived here at 11 o'clock thin morning. Bhe returns to same port to-marrow. ,-. The barque Austral ind, from Newcastle, with a cargo of coal for Captain Williams, arrived in harbour this morning, having left there on ' the Bth inst The ketoh Elisabeth arrived from Picton this morning. The steamers Penguin for Nelson and Picton, and Graf ton for Nelson and West Coast, Bailed lust evening. TUe iteamers Wantka for the North, and . Hoia for Wanganui, sailed this afternoon. The steamers Kiwi for the Eaut Coast, and Jane Douglas for Foxton, sail this afternoon. Tho barque Malay leases for Sydney toMorrow. The s.B, Rotomahana, from Melbourne via sonthsra ports, will arrive here tj-morrow moruins; and remains until Sunday, when she leaves for Melbourne via the South, taking excursionists to the Melbourne races. The 8 s. Ringarooma, from Auckland via tho Bast Coast, will not reach here until Saturday morning. She returns to same ports in the afternoon. Theßß. Penguin arrives to-morrow morning from Nelson and Picton, and leaves for Lryttelton in the afternoon. The schooner Star of the Sea, from Havelock to Lyttelton, ran into port this morning, windbound. The steam launch Lora, which has been advertised for sale at auction for some time past '¦¦^ rT Messrs. Laery & Oumpbell, has been disposed 4)1 privately by that firm ; the sale will, therefore, not take place She has been EOld to go South. The price ia said to be £300, and Bho will be taken dowa by the Rotomahana on Sunday next.
