" THE MANUFACTURE OF CORDIALS." [By Telegraph.] [ UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, 18th October.
At a meeting of creditors in the estate of Wilkins and Davidson, cordial manufacturers, which was held to-day, some peculiar facts came out as to the plant, which comprised steel dies and brands, which were used in the manufacture of forged labels, <fco. The Chairman intimated that this preoious plant of brands and die* was the backbone of the business. Mr. Jago, a creditor, moved " That the dies be presented to the Otago Museum as an illustration of how cordials were manufactured in Dunedin." The motion, however, failed to find a seconder.
