Mr. Parnell'B name has been removed from the Commission of the Peace in Ireland. It is announced that in view of the necessity for further reinforcements in Ireland, three regiments will be despatched from England to the disturbed districts without delay. Much excitement continues to prevail in Ireland over the action of the Executive in making so many arrests of prominent agitators. Publio feeling has manifested itself strongly in Dublin, and tumultuous gatherings of the people have taken plaoe to denounce the Government. A deputation from the Dnblin Corporation waited to-day upon the Chief Secretary for Ireland to complain that the constabulary kad been guilty of great brutality in the suppression of recent riots. Mr. Forster, in reply, stated that he could only justify the aotion of the police.
