The building was insured for JBJOU in Norwich Union, an! the Btock for .£4OO in the South British. At two o'clock thi3 morning a two-story building, formerly occupied as tho Auld Scotland Hotel, *ras bnrned down. The insurances on the building arc — National, •£SUO ; reinsured as follows. Transatlantic, Norwich Union, Victoria, and Sooth British, iJIOO each ; stock, XioO; and furniture, .£350, in *ho Royal.
