/^ENTLEMKN— It becomes my pleasing v3T duty to inform you that I have been Nominated as a Candidate for the office of Mayor of the City of Wellington, and I beg respectfully to solicit your votes and support. The Election will take place on Tuesday, the 27 th May, and it is my intention to address the ratepayers in each ward prior to that date, in order that I may explain my views on the various subjects likely to engage the attention of the City Council. Notice will bo published in tho Newspapers fixing the dates for tho meetings, and stating where they will be held, as soon as the necessary arrangements are made.
