DECISION IN THE CASE OF THE HYDRABAD.
Mr. Graham, J.P., Dr. Diver, J.P., and Captains Roberts and Fraser (nautical asses-* sors), in giving then- decision in tha case of the Hydrabad to-day, said that tbe wreck of the vessel was attributable principally to the gale, and the parting of the cable. They were of opinion that the master did all in his power to save the ship. The certificates of the master and officers were ordered to be returned. The chirge of the inquiry not to be borne by the captain.
