TT is hereby publically notified, incompliance X with clause 64 of tbe Education A ct, 1877, tbat meetings of householders for the Annual Election of new School Committees will be held on MONDAY, the 27th day of January inrt., at 7p m , in tbe respective school buildings of the following districts :— Thorndon, Terrace, Te Aro, Mount Cook. Kaiwarra, Karori, JohnsoQville, Obariu, Tawa Flat, Porinui, Pahautanui, Horokiwi Valley, Korokoro, Lower Hutt, Wainui-o-mata, Taita, Upper. Hutt, including Maungaroa, Featherston, Tauherenikau, Kaiwaiwai, Kaitara, Waihinga, Greytown, Matarawa, Carter ton, Gladstone, ClarevOle, Waingawa, Masterton, Fern Ridge, Tenui, < paki, and Mauriceville. The election for Park Vale District will be made at the residence of Mr. Samuel Oats ; for the Makara District in tbe South Makara School-room; and that for Eketahuna District at the residence of Mr. J.
