Jt'ELWAIN ARRESTED. At the Police Court this morning Edward Henry M'Elwain was charged with arson, in setting fire to a cottage in Inge3tre-street. No evidence was taken, the accused being formally remanded until Tuesday Bail was acceptedtwo sureties of £250 each, and the accused in £500.
