RESTRICTED LIGHTING

All other parts of Leeston enjoy a murky gloom with ghostly figures flitting about with the aid. of electric torches, yet the railway marshalling yards are as light as day and one can read the headlines of a newspaper two chains away. One has only to take a stroll through Leeston on a Friday night to see that a recent description of the whole business is correct, viz.—a farce!—l am etc., G. WHIZ.
