MS. HUBBARD'S GRAIN CARTAGE SERVICE.
In order to cope with the unusuallylarge amount of grain carting work to be done this harvest Mr. H. G. Hubbard recently purchased a new threeton truck. He now has two first-class trucks in commission and, having a good team of men, is able to give remarkably quick service, especially in those cases where grain has to b£ put on trucks in a hurry to reach store or steamer by a certain date. Mr Hubbard was the first to establish a motortruck grain cartage service in the district and the success he has met with has been due largely to the quick service given and personal supervision. In one day last year, carting a distance of two miles, he delivered to the railway 980 sacks of grain with one truck. Mr Hubbard's 'phone number is 57R.
