TOWN DISTRICT TO BE CONSTITUTED SHORTLY
The Guardian has received information from Wellington to the effect thru the commission recently appointed t.> enquire into the proposed constitution of a Leeston town district has reported favourably and that the Government will give effect to the wishes of tinpetitioners shortly. • The commission Js report will be published in Wednesday's Guardian 'Jin-1 boundaries will remain as defined by the I etitioners, except that a small part nf Mr Gilbert's'homestead block has been cut out.
