VOLUNTEERING FOR THE TRANSVAAL.
There are on'y 13 men m the E.M.TC. eligible to procepd to the Transvaal being unmarried, second class shots, aad between 23 and 45 years of age. Captain Boajr received a wire from Colonel Gordon af about 12 o'clock, at Letston, and though not all the cligiblcs have been yet seen, still no less than sis men, one sergeant nnd five privates, havp offered themselves. The Springston contingent has not yet been sounded, and oiheroffers are iv likeli • hood of being made.
