Notes and Comments.
Snowballing is new the Snow order of the day. It is a Balling, merry and harmless pas- . time, but those who indulge m it should remember that m a game as m a quarrel, it requires two to make it. Thore are sever il ease* coming before iha courts where the recreation allowed has been abused. It is a game where there can no objection where the show his not been pressed by hand, and is not so formed as to hurt. It is only when some boy, more malicious than humorous, bmlds m the soft snow a hard and heavy centre that snowballing becomes a nuisance and its votaries are regarded with apprehension. These cases, if brought to light, will teach the larrikin element that to hurt is no game, and that to molest unceasingly and carelessly brings its own reward.
