Tomatoes in oversupply at the week-end. To clear stock low prices had to be accepted. Supplies of all varieties of apples equal to the demand. Messrs D. W. McKay, Invercargill, report: The feature of the week has been the abnormally large supply of tomatoes and values dropped to record low prices. Next week prices will firm. Plums in over supply.
